The INSIZE ISU-300D ultrasonic thickness tester is an advanced instrument designed for precise thickness measurement of materials and coatings. It allows for quick thickness verification without damaging the surface, making it ideal for industrial inspections, quality control, and maintenance work.

The device offers two operating modes – Echo-Echo (EE) and Transmit-Echo (TE) – for high accuracy in diverse applications, from metals and plastics to ceramics and rubber.

Operating modes:

• EE (Echo-Echo): recommended for non-metallic coatings (paint, varnish, resin, plastic, etc.) applied to metal substrates. Allows measurement of substrate thickness through the coating layer.

• TE (Transmit-Echo): used for uncoated materials such as metal, plastic, glass, ceramic, nylon, rubber, resins or ice.
